My partner and I stayed at one of Voyager Quest’s cabin for our honeymoon in October. Our time there was amazing. The cabins are warm, spacious and cozy. We had a beautiful fireplace and big entertaining/ living room space. It was incredible having such a great view and proximity to the lake. We canoed, hiked and had a wonderful stay.

The 3 days canoe trip revealed itself as one of our best experiences in Canada ever! Already at the beginning of our trip, we got a warm welcome from our guide Evan. He showed lots of enthusiasm in explaining what we could expect of this trip and we were impressed by his great knowledge concerning plants and animals. Camping and canoeing is truly his passion and we felt very safe by following him “off the grid“ after having lunch at the voyager quest office.
As most of us had never canoed before, we got a brief introduction on how to paddle and carry the canoe through portages. Having formerly worked as a chef, Evan turned the meals he prepared on the campfire into an unforgettable memory! He was never tired of proposing new interesting activities such as canoe rescuing, carving or learning about different native plants and herbs and how they can be used. Thank you very much Evan!!
