Join us during the month of February to celebrate spirit of the Winter Olympics and the beauty of Algonquin Park in the winter time. Snowshoe across frozen lakes, luge down our very own Cardiac Hill and, speed skate on our rink, and relax in your own private chalet suite in front of the fireplace. For this month only, a TV will be available so you can keep up to date on your favorite Olympic events.
The Algonquin Olympic Aventure package is an unguided experience with comfortable accommodation at the Algonquin Cottage Outpost.
Suggested Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive after 12:30pm to your private chalet suite at the Algonquin Cottage Outpost. Strap on a pair of snowshoes and explore the lakeside trais. Skate under the stars or catch your favourite Olympic events on the television.
Day 2 A short drive away you will arrive at the trailhead for our very own luge. Snowshoe to the luge track and a run down infamous "cardiac hill!" Relax in front of the fireplace.
Day 3 Lace up your skates for a game of hockey on the frozen lake. Feeling adventurous? Ask us about a dogsledding 1/2 day or day trip.

The cost is is $750 plus GST or $175 per person based on a group of 4.
The cost includes: 3 nights accommodation at the Algonquin Cottage Outpost, snowshoes, access to the Cardiac hill luge track and Round Lake skating rink, and TV in your chalet suite.
The cost does not include GST (5%), personal clothing, skates, meals, guided activities or round trip transportation from Toronto.
