The “kickoff” includes a new Voyageur Quest tradition of long weekend beer tasting in South River at the Highlander Brewing Co. Dip your paddle for the first time this season. Test your survival and adventure skills on our mini eco challenge adventure course. Canoe to our bonfire dinner with some memorable acoustic music to sing along with under the night sky.
Local cuisine is one of the reasons’ Voyageur Quest was chosen as one of Canada’s signature experiences and the May kickoff weekend is no exception. Enjoy Bison burgers with wild mushroom sauce, fresh salads, big breakfast buffets, pickerel cooked over a fire and Joe’s famous blackberry torte.
The Algonquin log cabin is both rustic and cozy making a perfect weekend base for our three night’s accommodation. Come by yourself or come with friends. At Voyageur Quest – there are no single supplement for single travellers. Skip the long weekend traffic and take the VQ shuttle / train package. $125 gets you to the cabin and back!
