Experience two nights camping in a stunning Algonquin Park campsite with the help of a Voyageur Quest canoe guide who provides instruction, cooks amazing meals over a fire and takes care of all needs allowing you to spend quality time with your family. The 3 days / 2 nights that follow at the Algonquin Log Cabin feature rustic comfort and an intimate setting to conclude your wilderness week.

The first three days feature a three day Algonquin park canoe trip – the quintessential way to experience Algonquin’s wilderness and waterways. With stellar opportunities to see wildlife, the canoe trip moves at a relaxed pace with loads of time to search for moose, swim and roast smores around the campfire. Stay at spectacular campsites and feast on back country gourmet meals cooked over the fire.
The Log Cabin is the perfect finishing note to the the wilderness camping of the Algonquin Park canoe trip. The comfortable beds, wood fired sauna and tasty home style meals served up at the harvest table hit the perfect tone. The last two days offer more options to explore with a voyageur canoe excursion and picnic lunch on Surprise lake , options to hike to lookouts, and super fun Eco Challenge. Of course, there is always the option to relax, read or take a nap!
The Algonquin Park Family adventure is for people of any level of outdoor experience and is suitable for children 6 years old and up. It is recommended that you can be active at a walking pace for up to 4 hours at a time. 5 day family adventures run Monday to Friday from the end of June to the first week of September.
